It's the same as if he said, "Someone shoot the President. " It's neither dumb nor lawfare.

They were clumsy with the first indictment. They should have known fudging the rules only sticks when Dems do it. (e.g. the appointment of Jack Smith).

And that's the irritating thing.

Unless they have more evidence than they’ve shown so far, it’s a nothing burger as to Comey’s prosecution.

I agree that Democrat politicians are hypocritical in their protests.
In this and almost every other issue.
 
The deep state attempted to put Donald Trump in prison for the rest of his life on trumped up 13 misdemeanors by turning them into 84 felonies. James Comey was involved in that conspiracy. We went four years with the Biden administration targeting parents at PTA meetings calling them "domestic terrorists" while ten pro-lifers were sent to prison including a 75-year-old grandmother by using the FACE Act after being convicted for praying outside abortion clinics and trying to persuade abortion-minded women to save their babies. The abuse and miscarriage of justice has been that of a third world country. If Comey is innocent of the charges brought against him then let a court of law decide that. Just because Donald Trump isn’t the most likable individual doesn’t mean crimes committed in the previous administration should be swept under the rug. I look forward to many more indictments. When a murderer is brought to justice good people rejoice. Justice is sweet to the upright in heart. The whole creation rejoices because God is going to judge the world with righteousness and truth.
