I don’t know Jim Ross or that pastor, nor have I ever heard of that church, but I know in my state, a pastor would be considered a mandatory reporter of child abuse. Failure to report is considered a potential felony charge.
That was just a few years ago! So was nothing reported to the authorities?
Even then…you’d be shocked at the number of cases I’ve encountered in which a false report was filed by a vindictive person who felt slighted.
Could we please start another thread about this Jim Ross issue instead of hi-jacking this one?

Well, some of the IFB groom victims that if they ever speak then they are a true accuser, just like Satan and they then tell victims that they have to forgive and forget s*x abuse. All this shuts down taking these things to court, ya know.

Bill Wininger was accused by Bethany Foeller Leonard of his s*xually abusing her as a child in 2013 — soon thereafter Wininger was arrested and resigned of s*x harassment of church employee, Marsha Pearson. Yet let’s rewind, Wininger wrote his book in 1995 to defend Bethany Leonard’s father and future father-in-law of abuse accusations. Remember that? Timothy Lee Leonard, an associate pastor at the church, and Mark Foeller, a church deacon and volunteer bus driver, were accused with assaulting three girls and five boys ranging in age from 3 to 10.
Jim Ross’ wife, Sarah, once told her sister in her early days of marriage of how there would be false accusations made against godly churches. As Ross obviously had groomed his wife into not believing accusations, based on Wininger’s book.
Jim Ross didn’t die peacefully like his obituary claims. I have many texts proving his death was slow and painful, not just to him but to those who defended him until his death.
Families can cover up and silence victims and those that believe them. But I’ve been publicly accusing Jim Ross of his sins since 2016. Jim always threatened to sue people, but he never threatened me and we all know why. Because he was always too scared to genuinely get close to law enforcement.

Jim Ross loved to quote this verse,

His obituary doesn't tell the story of nearly three years of seizures before his death, and his having one before his death.

It's not normal for a man to want to change kids diapers. Particularly a Baptist man, as that's women’s work, right? It's funny how you all can recognize Joe Biden for what he was, but can't see it when it's in your circle.
It's an abomination to defend the wicked and condemn the righteous. The Lord should have killed me and let “innocent” Jim live, but He did not and we all know why. Interestingly, Pastor Joe Esposito had his disabling stroke seven years after he sent Jim Ross off rather. Perhaps also judgment in him for not reporting as he should have and shipping r*pist to new address.

1. Was Mr. Ross adjudicated guilty for crimes involving a minor? (Apparently not.)
2. Did Mr. Ross appear in court for alleged crimes involving a minor? (Apparently not.)
3. Did law enforcement find sufficient evidence to arrest Mr. Ross for crimes involving a minor? (Apparently not.)
4. Was Mr. Ross investigated by law enforcement for alleged crimes involving a minor? (Apparently not.)
5. Did anyone report Mr. Ross for alleged crimes against a minor? (Apparently not.)
6. Did Mr. Ross commit alleged crimes against a minor? (I have no clue, and short of the evidence of crimes, such as a recording, we’ll never know the answer. Now that he is deceased, God is the judge, jury and executioner.)
What did California’s Faith Baptist of Wildomar do when they had abuse? We all know. They demonized victims. BTW — FB of Wildomar is tight with Pacific Baptist. Some Baptists did not follow the mandatory reporting in 2006, wouldn't you agree? We all know that to be a fact.
I recall PBC had specifically sent men from their church to testify in defense of Pastor Joe Combs in the early 2000’s. So they weren't exactly protective of victims back then, but rather they were protective of the men accused.
Do we have Joe Combs’ obituary up here? I believe he was a teacher at HAC, if not a former student.
You have no clue. And I don't care if you are clueless. God executed Jim Ross last year. And I specifically asked God in 2022 to make it so Jim Ross could never harm a child again, and God did. Jim never stopped getting seizures that began in 2022. God answers prayers and God has given judgment to His saints.

Research the Duggar family. The family covered for Josh. The Dad defended Josh years later in court when caught with violent CSAM against a toddler. Why? They all knew it. The state trooper they contacted in the early days didn't report, but rather ended up getting caught with CSAM himself. You tell me why families and churches silence victims. And why government officials do not actually do anything!?!! Oh, wait. Maybe because like what is happening right now with me, one that is not even the victim, I am told, “I don't believe you!”
