Looks like a lot of American Jews are suffering from Israel Derangement Syndrome, in this poll released in September, 2026:
"Our latest JEI poll shows American Jews are still overwhelmingly pro-Israel but also very critical of Israel and Prime Minister Netanyahu. . . . 65% saying they are pro-Israel but critical of some or many of Israeli government policies. . . . 61% have an unfavorable view of Netanyahu, with 34% favorable. . . . A 56% majority of Jews have a great deal of concern that 'Israel’s actions under Netanyahu have increased antisemitism and anti-Israel sentiment in the U.S.'. . . A 52% majority of Jews support cutting or eliminating aid to Israel . . . 30% agree they cannot vote for a candidate who accepts money from AIPAC."

This article in Haaretz expresses concern that if Netanyahu remains in power, it will hurt Israel's support with American Jews, as well as Americans in general:
Israel's standing in the US is on a precipice after election deadlock
"Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu could remain in power despite his bloc falling short of a majority in Tuesday's election – a prospect that poses a dilemma for Israel's liberal supporters in the United States, who have long argued that Netanyahu does not represent Israel as a whole.
"Netanyahu's continued electoral strength (his bloc being perhaps only five or six seats short of a majority) also raises hard questions for American Jews . . . What does it mean that the leader who oversaw the worst terrorist attack in Israeli history, led a war in Gaza that has prompted widespread accusations of genocide and enabled settler violence in the West Bank that has subjected Israel to its most serious international sanctions to date, nevertheless saw his bloc win more seats than the opposition?
"Beyond policies that have alienated many American Jews, including his attempted judicial overhaul, Netanyahu has also proactively set the terms of the opposition's political agenda. . . ."
