Don Boys has obviously never been threatened at knife point or drugged and taken advantage of.

This fool apparently missed, or is ignoring, the very next passage - the one that says a rape occurred if the woman's screams fo help could not be heard.

Assuming for the sake of argument that Ford's testimony is true, then she said her assailants covered her mouth and turned up some music to stifle her cries. On that basis, Don-boy can't claim a rape didn't occur. (Of course, just to be clear, Ford herself did not allege a rape occurred, only an attempted rape.)
