The qualifications for a pastor indicate it is to be a male. I hope we get a married couple either ending or graduated from seminary

True; but it seems that Youth Pastor, Music Director, Staff are all (recent?) made-up positions.  The New Testament churches just added pastors as they were needed.  If this is a true pastor position, then the qualifications of a pastor apply, including being a man.
The position of pastor is made up, period, unless you have a some kinda revelation we ain't privacy to?

If the term "pastor" doesn't work for you, then remind yourself that we are talking about the "bishop / overseer." :D

Lol @ "the".

The whole doctrine is made up.

A "youth pastor" is one of the bishops, and must qualify as any other  bishop.

He is an overseer, of some if the sheep.

"Pastor" is a teaching gift, and women are forbidden to teach in the assembly.

There, covered all the bases for you.

Since bishops are required to be able to teach, I don't see the tension.

BTW: a pastor is a gifted man. "Pastor" is not a gift, in itself.

Yes. A youth pastor is in every respect a bishop. Unfortunately, that is not the view of many

Ahem....

Eph 4:7 ? Eph 4:8
But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ. Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
Eph 4:11 ? Eph 4:12
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Psssst, gifts.

1 Cor 12 is about the gifts.

The gifts in this passage are the men themselves.

Here, in Eph 4.12, we have groups of gifted men whom God gave to the church.

He didn't give the gift of apostleship... He gave the apostles. etc etc
