there is a building on barbers point naval air station that looks very similar to that...... ....it was designed to store nuclear weapons and built to survive any attack short of a direct hit from above.... ...... supposedly it was also designed to contain any accidental ignition of a nuclear weapon stored there too by allowing the blast energy to go straight up rather than out to the surrounding base......... ........i have no idea why obama decided on such a design but after seeing what he did to the famous estate once known as robins nest in the magnum p.i. tv show i am not surprise by anything he does........
