Has Dave Chappel Been Extradited For Piracy Yet?

Reminder: 

September 19 is International Talk Like A Pirate Day. 

Some businesses are giving discounts and even free stuff on that day to customers who show up in a pirate outfit (bigger discount) and talk like a pirate (regular discount).
