I think that's a bit heavy handed.  The FFF would have allowed him to eventually die the death of inattention.  He lacked any sense of ability to support his ideas with logical and coherent argument, as you well illustrated recently in a different thread by demonstrating his employing the techniques of his own absurd logic against him.  The FFF contingency can stand on its own, defending the truth where necessary, and ignoring bankrupt bloviating where appropriate.
 
It?s always a judgment call. I can handle disagreement. He was just becoming obnoxious and diverting threads.
