Sarah Palin, RINO.I seem to recall that back in 2016, people were happy with Pence as a running mate because he balanced the ticket: he was loyal to Trump, his Christianity gave the ticket religious credibility, and he was a mainstream conservative rather than a maverick populist.
He had huge approval amongst Republicans before Jan. 6 when he retroactively became a worse version of Benedict Arnold and they all suddenly decided they never liked him anyway.
Same thing happened with Sarah Palin in 2008: she was praised as a good contrast to the more moderate McCain and revitalized the campaign. Up until they lost and everyone decided she was the worst person in the world.
We were always at war with Eastasia.

It's fun to see two left of center 'conservatives' parlay.
Hey. Mom was wondering when she's getting her Mothers' Day present from you.Your mom and who else, Fuentes?
Tough guy talking about moms again.Your mom and who else, Fuentes?
Did mom want to hang Pence?Tough guy talking about moms again.
Not mine. She’s a die hard Fox News Boomer.Did mom want to hang Pence?
There is no evidence that Trump wanted to hang Pence. Hearsay.
Or... feds... stay tunedThe J6 rioters had a gallows, albeit a model rather than a working one. Someone wanted to hang Pence, at least in effigy.
Who said Trump wanted to hang him?All Pence was asked to do was to send the electors back to the states for reconsideration. Too many anomalies.
People argue that Pence was not allowed to do that and that he was only supposed to be just a ceremonial rubber stamp.
The ruse was quickly undermined because Congress emended the Electoral Count Act of 1887 to strictly limit the power of the Vice President during the counting of electoral votes.
The election was compromised. Pence is a conservative... and conservatives have been very weak. They have accomplished nothing.

Thanks but no thanks.“Conservativism” brought lip service to evangelicals for 3+ decades. Populist Trump brought an end to R vs W and real defense of religious liberty. Orange man and his megalomania will be gone soon, but his policy shaping will linger through candidates who have heard the populist people’s choice (twice).
That’s what makes this republic great. You’ll get to tangibly say “no thanks” in a little over 2 years, and others will have the privilege of saying “4 more years”.Thanks but no thanks.
Truuuuuuuppppppppp!Thanks but no thanks.
Four more years of what? That’s what makes this republic great. You’ll get to tangibly say “no thanks” in a little over 2 years, and others will have the privilege of saying “4 more years”.![]()
