Its a good song with a good message and well wishes.
Let's lay off the "Bible Prophecy" and "End Times" stuff though. May Christ be glorified and magnified, may Israel look upon him whom they have pierced, may God show the Islamists the emptiness and bankruptness of their false religion and may they turn to Christ in repentance and faith! I pray also that God's judgment falls upon each and every FALSE PROPHET that claims to represent him!
I wouldn't shed a tear if it was discovered that I was mistaken in my "Historic Pre-Mill" position and the "Post-Toasties" were right!
It would be wonderful to see real peace in the middle east and I would be thrilled if this was the sort of world I could leave to my grandkids after I am gone!
The error here is in thinking the Zionist state of Israel is the Israel of the Bible, or even Judaism, and in thinking that Judaism isn't just as empty and bankrupt and false as Islam...with this added weight, that they take the name of Yaweh in vain and worship the spirit of antichrist.
All that may be so but at least Israel is not the one strapping bombs on their own children and sending them out to blow themselves up in public marketplaces! I agree that modern-day Judaism has little to nothing in common with Old Testament Judaism. Israelis without Christ are lost as a goose and are no more "God's Chosen" than Esau!
