"Pax vobiscum" means "peace to you." The sprinkling of water is  a ritual cleansing. I've been to Protestant churches that had very similar traditions, particularly at Easter. Of all the things in Catholic liturgy and tradition, he's probably chosen one of the least offensive to mock. Typical Anderson jackassery.

If there isn't a local store that sells supplies, vestments, furnishings, etc. for Catholic churches, you can pick up an aspergillum on Amazon for a few bucks, and avoid looking like a complete retard as you disparage rituals you have no ability to critique seriously.
