I would go with It Is Well With My Soul.  This song ministered to not only to my brother, who asked us to sing it for him while he was in the end stage of pancreatic cancer, but also to those of us who sang it...his wife of 33 years, his daughter, our mother and me...and it ministered yet again to the overflow crowd who attended his homegoing celebration service.

Yes, if I could only listen to one song, I don't believe this particular one would ever become "trite" in my mind.
