Who would you vote to buy the property and establish a church there? Non-denominational, Southern Baptist? To me those are the only possibilities (other than Pentecostal/Charismatic) that could fill a large auditorium or at least maybe 60% of capacity. There are probably thousands of people in the Chicago area who would go to a church (that isn't Willow Creek) with a large auditorium.
