Or the youth director could show up on time at the airport like he is supposed to do instead of expecting to be able to waltz in with a crowd like he is some special person.

I read the article...they arrived 2 hours early.  American Airlines did a very poor job checking them in.

I have experienced very poor service with AA before.  I stood in line for 2 hours to check in a few months ago.  They had 1 agent and I only had 5 people in front of me.  Every time another agent came around, I asked them to help out and they said they had other duties.

If the story is accurate as reported (which I cannot confirm), then I do blame AA for this and think they should refund some of the money to the teens.
