But...but...but it shouldn't matter to what group(s) he's giving the money. What's important is his showing that he cares; that he's reaching out to the "oppressed" group(s) to try and make a difference. ::)

LOL! The right-wing double standard knows no bounds!

Liberals get criticized for not "putting money where their mouths are" and now when one does so publicly, he gets reamed by the right-wingers for doing so!

Oh! The irony!  ;)

Here's one for irony: NC Republicans ADMIT they tried to change voter laws to limit the black vote because they primarily vote Democrat:

Longtime Republican consultant Carter Wrenn, a fixture in North Carolina politics, said the GOP?s voter fraud argument is nothing more than an excuse.

?Of course it?s political. Why else would you do it?? he said, explaining that Republicans, like any political party, want to protect their majority. While GOP lawmakers might have passed the law to suppress some voters, Wrenn said, that does not mean it was racist.

?Look, if African Americans voted overwhelmingly Republican, they would have kept early voting right where it was,? Wrenn said. ?It wasn?t about discriminating against African Americans. They just ended up in the middle of it because they vote Democrat.?

One thing is for sure: Trump (perhaps unwittingly) is embolding the bigots and we are seeing just how much the Republican Party seeks to control when they propagate a "democratic" form of gub'mint, limiting gub'mint control. YET THEY SEEK TO CONTROL AND LIMIT VOTERS USING THEIR GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY.

(FYI, "bigots" is a term used to describe action toward a specific group of people. That may or may not be racial in this instance, but obviously there is bigotry toward voters who vote Democrat.)

Yeah, right-wingers have just as much a double-standard as to the liberals.

You cannot purchase "likes" while practicing disdain.
