I found it interesting the mention of a loss of 'accreditation' if the schools don't comply with new rules mandated by the Obama administration.

I quote:
"Without a religious exemption, Gordon College — and other Christian colleges — could lose federal funding, student financial aid and accreditation."

No comments about colleges with accreditation?

Looks like the college president - D. Michael Lindsay - no longer believes in the "elastic orthodoxy" that he championed is his book*.  If he still believed in it, he would have no problem complying with the "promised" executive order.

Truly this is the elephant in the room for Christian colleges that are accredited.

Without a religious exemption, Gordon College — and other Christian colleges — could lose federal funding, student financial aid and accreditation.

So they want to take the government's cash without the government's stipulation on receiving that cash.

If this is a "separation of church and state" issue, then they shouldn't be taking the cash anyway.

You can't have it both ways.
