Howdy from South Western Idaho.
Name's Jim. I am 6 weeks from 68 yr old. Without going into a life story:
I was saved in 1980. I graduated Bible College in 2006. I've preached for churches, jails, prisons and nursing homes. I was trained in a pretrib premil school but the greatest thing I learned was how to feed myself and teach others also.
I am here because there are very few places to chat with like minded folks online. Looney leftists tend to ban a person when Truth is spoken.
I look forward to meeting you all.

SW Idaho... Weiser, Payette, Fruitland, Caldwell? I travel through there frequently. I live in Clarkston, work in Lewiston.

Glad to have someone from my neck of the "woods" around!

I've lived in Caldwell, Weiser, Payette.
 
I ride with the Christian Motorcyclists Association; I am chapter president of the Lewiston Clarkston Gospel Riders, an Idaho chapter. My wife and I make it down to southern Idaho a couple times a year where the majority of Idaho chapters are located. Also, in my work with the Lewiston School District, I travel to Boise each summer for a training conference. If we're in the area on a Sunday, we like to attend the Calvary Chapel in Ontario OR. The pastor there is a dear friend of ours.
 
Welcome! I believe you would really have to work hard in order to find yourself banned here aside from posting porn or "R-Rated" profanity but you had better have thick skin as well!

Are you related to James W Knox in Deland FL? I see that you have started a thread about him. I vaguely rememember him from my KJVO days.

Nope. No relation. I was just curious if anyone here was familiar with him. I only know him through his many many preaching series on YouTube.
I was impressed with his style, knowledge and use of Scripture to explain Scripture.
So I bought several of his books. ( 😆 🤣 ) Good stuff.
[ I have fairly thick skin and I tend to give as good as I get. ]

We have a H.O.G. group out of Hells Canyon Harley Davidson in Lewiston. I've hung with them a bit but I seldom make it to any dealership events anymore because I am so busy with other events. For instance, I am going out to Ahsakah/Lenore area tomorrow to cook burgers for a dirt bike racing event. Much of my ministry in CMA involves service instead of actual riding. Besides, I don't think my Goldwing will do well on forested single track trails!
