Iran, the next war.

Everyone knows the Jooos committed mass suicide and the Nazis were unjustly blamed for killing them.
Right on cue, and according to script. (y)

But you forgot to keep it gay. (You know you have it in you!)

People want laughter when they see a show,
The last thing they're after's a litany of woe.

J Street issues a statement opposing Trump's war with Iran. Why, these J Street folks must really hate the Jews.

Oops, wait a minute - they ARE Jews!

"J Street President Jeremy Ben-Ami issued the following statement: 'We are appalled by President Trump’s reckless decision to launch a war of choice against Iran explicitly seeking regime change.

"The President is starting this war with no clear plan for achieving his goal; without a comprehensive discussion with the American public about the risks and alternatives; and illegally, without first seeking authorization from Congress or a mandate from the international community. . . . Iran does not present an imminent threat that requires launching a ‘preventive’ war."

yes some of you may die, but that is a sacrifice Israel is willing to make

Trump says any decision to end his war with Iran will be "mutual" with Netanyahu:

It sounds like we may have to keep fighting until Bibi gives us permission to declare "Mission Accomplished." Stock market is crashing, price of gasoline is way up - doesn't matter, we have to keep fighting, even though Trump told Prime Minister Starmer that we don't need British help because we have already won the war.

High Trump official resigns in protest of the war. Poor guy must be a RINO, with a bad case of TDS- I can't think of any other reason why anyone would not support a war that is going so well.

As my post at the beginning of this war stated, I’m not a fan of the Iran conflict but I, unlike a few here, am not rooting for us to lose.
Kent, who’s resignation you reference above, was not a golden boy in the administration:

“Taylor Budowich, who departed his role as Trump's deputy chief of staff in September 2025, claimed on X that Kent was a "crazed egomaniac who was often at the center of national security leaks, while rarely (never?) producing any actual work."

"This isn’t some principled resignation — he just wanted to make a splash before getting canned," Budowich wrote on X Tuesday.

House Speaker Mike Johnson said Kent was "clearly wrong."

I got all the briefings," Johnson told reporters Tuesday. "We all understood there was clearly an imminent threat, that Iran was very close to the enrichment of nuclear capability, and they were building missiles at a pace that no one in the region could keep up with."

I'm not sure what Speaker Johnson means when he says that "Iran was very close to the enrichment of nuclear capability." If he means they were "very close" to creating a working nuclear bomb, that is something that has been heavily disputed.

“'There was no evidence that Iran was close to a nuclear weapon,'. . . Iran’s main enrichment capabilities were “completely and totally obliterated,” according to Trump himself in June."

"Iran was not, in March 2026, unanimously judged by public intelligence reporting to be on the verge of fielding a finished nuclear weapon; multiple U.S. and international assessments concluded Tehran was not actively producing a bomb."

I suppose it really doesn't matter - Trump had his orders from Bibi to attack Iran for him, and that's all we need to know.

Colour me cynical whenever "experts say" anything related to justification for combat. I regard them as pretty much the same as people who have opinions on global warming: they're divided along political lines rather than empirical ones.
