No he was not.

Mr. Lester Roloff was a godly man.  A powerful preacher of the word of God.  He did believe in Biblical discipline though.

Because we all know chaining kids to toilets is in the Bible...somewhere.

Scott, how many sermons have you listened to by brother Roloff?

I doubt if any at all.

Roloff was a man of conviction, and he preached against sin. He walked closely with the Lord. He also preached boldly on the subject of holiness. And we sure do need more preachers like brother Roloff in our day and time.

Many preachers these days are not preaching the whole counsel of God, they are not preaching on Biblical separation and holiness, and many of them are definitely not preaching against sin. Why? Because they fear their congregation more than they fear God. If more preachers today would grow a backbone and would start preaching on Judgment to come, and on hellfire and damnation, like the Old Time preachers would do years ago, I am sure this country would be in a much better condition spiritually. And that our churches would also be stronger spiritually.
