Juneteenth

i remember one juneteenth several years ago.... when soldiers based from schofield
and other hawaii military bases were deployed in iraq.... a bunch of their wives got
together on juneteenth and set up a tent serving food in the park.. .... they had fried
catfish.... cheesy grits... and what looked like collard greens with ham hocks cooked
in with it .. it was awesome..... 😋 ... .....i have no idea where they got the catfish.... .
..probably shipped it in frozen...🐟 ..
