(This does not concern a third verse but.....) There are actually 18 verses to Charles Wesley's, "O, For a Thousand Tongues to Sing", all of which really seem to hit home. One verse that is never sung is verses 15 which shows the extent of the ministry of the Wesley brothers:
"Harlots and publicans and thieves,
in holy triumph join!
Saved is the sinner that believes
From crimes as great as mine.
