Lindsey Graham dead

An aortic dissection is what killed John Ritter, too, in his 50s. A "sudden illness" indeed. It can take you unexpectedly in a matter of hours, before you even see it coming.

Come now, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go into such and such a town and spend a year there and trade and make a profit"--yet you do not know what tomorrow will bring. What is your life? For you are a mist that appears for a little time and then vanishes. Instead you ought to say, "If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that." (James 4:13-15)
a honolulu city councilman died of a thoracic aortic aneurysm several years ago.... .. he was in his late 40s and very physically active.... by all outward appearances very healthy... ... he was being viewed as a potential future mayor of honolulu... or even a state governor in time..... .. ..

but then one day he drove himself to the emergency room and told them he thought he was having a heart attack - but the level of pain he was having and the way he described it made them suspect aneurysm.... and they were right....... . he was dead in less than an hour after arrival at the ER

they called in a full cardiac surgerical team and were doing all they could to try and slow down the tear in the artery while also preparing him for emergency surgery... ...... but after a short time he reached a point where he could barely speak .. ... he managed to say "tell my wife i love her".. then went into cardiac arrest..... ..

it was a big news story here at the time... but i don;t remember anyone - even the other councilmen and politicans he had opposed - coming out to denounce him or mock him after his death.. ....even the ones who had appeared to have hated him most, spoke about the dedicated public servant he had been.... ..and how much he would be missed..... .

I’m so thankful that our pastor never and I mean never mentions politics
He wasn't talking politics. It was a major news event, the sudden passing of a public figure fit in with what he was teaching and in a move of compassion, he lifted Lindsey Graham's family in prayer the same way he would for any congregant who suddenly lost a loved one.

@Bruh this is exactly the passage our pastor was covering when he mentioned Lindsay Graham's passing.

I am going to miss Sen Graham he was afraid of no one and spoke up when called and not called. His sister is filling in I don't know who she is but we shall see..........carry on

the autopsy report said it was a dissecting aortic aneurysm.... .which although frequently listed as a cardiac event actually occurs outside the heart itself ...and involves a weekened section of the largest artery in the body ripping itself apart.... if caught early on these weekened sections of artery can be reinforced with a surgical mesh to prevent a tear..... .. but they can go unnoticed for years until a tear develops... .... ....and once the tearing begins there is little that can be done .... it is from that point until unconciousness occurs from internal blood loss, known as one of the most painful medical emergencies to endure...... :(
My wife had this surgical procedure a couple of years ago. She is doing quite well now.

Odd.

I made an observation. There is no shortage of people celebrating the man's death in a vitriolic manner. That's sad.

Not sure why that is bothersome to people here.
Everything is bothersome to somebody on the fff! 😊
Ekk colors everything and everyone based on his unnatural hatred of the Jews.
