Hello to all my old friends that are still here.

Looking for James Spurgeon?s book THE TEXAS CRUCIBLES.  Amazon has it for $70 ????? But was wondering if anyone knew of another source (cheaper). Or perhaps willing to sell their copy.

"Texas Baptist Crucible" or "Tales From the Temple" is still posted on the Internet but it is not easy to find. 

Google "james spurgeon tales from the temple"

Click on the 8th hit down, which reads, "Tales From the Temple - SFL Forum"

That will lead to "Away From the Umbrella" posted by Peon #387.
