Looks like we have a disciple of Steven Anderson here in Atlanta area and he's already making the news.

From what little I saw in the news coverage link you provided I'd say he needs a better understanding of grace and charity, but at least the ACLU lawyer got it right in so far as the pastor's speech being protected.
