Did you know that there are "men" who are "My Little Pony" fans and they call themselves "bronies." We live in a very twisted world!!

Nuts, isn't it?  You can even buy multi-colored brony tails to wear.

Yeah, I'll do that when pigs not only learn to fly, they break the sound barrier.

You've been around the block (literally) a few more times than me in recent years, and you're just running into bronies now?

Arguably the only creature more pathetic than a brony is a furry.

You know what we used to say in the Army.

"The Marines are looking for a few good men because the three they had quit!"

Of course, you'd had better be ready to hit the beach with any jar heads that heard you say it. Which I did on a couple of occasions.

First of all, welcome to the 21st century, you seem to be way behind on pop culture.  :D

I don't understand the use of the word "twisted"? What exactly do you think liking a cartoon involves? Have you ever watched the show? I'm not a fan but I like Phineas and Ferb, TMNT, Looney Tunes, Animaniacs and several other cartoons. How is that "twisted"?

The newer My Little Pony cartoon caters to it's adult fans (like all good cartoons should - after all, it's hard to keep child viewers if the show annoys parents so much that they turn it off or change the channel. Looney Tunes set the bar in this regard.)

I really wish you didn't make me have to do this!!!  :o

Ah, so you were referring to the extreme bronies. Sure every group has extreme fans.

Well... I am not sure I want an explanation as to how a "man" can be a fan of "My Little Pony." I don't measure that by extremes.  ???

Have you watched the show? (the new one)

No. But since you ask... I am lost for words after watching the first 2 minutes of this episode as to how this is even debatable.  :'(

I watch MLP because my five year old says, "Daddy, will you sit on the couch with me?" I really fail to see how someone can have problem with a show that teaches kids that friendship and trust are extremely valuable. I mean, even Focus on the Family (who find problems with virtually everything) has extremely positive reviews of the show.

is that to replace the 3 who quit and joined the marines?.......  ???

There's a strict height requirement for the Coast Guards.  You have to be at least 6' 2" tall.  That way, if your boat sinks, you can still walk to shore.

ya know... i heard one time there were only 3 requirements for a marine drill instructor..... a big foot... a big mouth... and a crooked finger....

the need for the big foot is obvious... for kicking recruits in the butt.... and the big mouth is for shouting insults at them in ear splitting decibels..... but the crooked finger is for carrying the base commanders coffee cup...........

is that true?......  ???
Dont forget comedian school, D.I.'s must have one somewhere.
