No, it's all about the pastor.  If you doubt that, just ask any pastor.  Just scratch out all those references to "edify one another" in the Bible.

Which of course happens automatically when you turn you chairs towards tbe center.
 
Well, duh . . . if the chairs turned away from each other, the stage would have to wrap around the outside of the auditorium and no one could see anything.

Since Paul wrote edify one another in one of the Thessalonians letters, Smellin has already scratched that...  ;)
 
Real church happens when you turn your hearts towards each other.

Sounds kinda sappy and simple, but there is more truth in it than in the OP
 
I knew that pic would bring the pastors out of the woodwork to defend their phony baloney jobs. 
 
Why do all the movements like that picture so much?  Is there no other artwork available anywhere to show growth? 
 
It's funny because the artist is a little girl, and coloured in all the O's.

Dude, I don't need to defend my job. In fact, if someone else showed up today that wanted it I would probably give it to him.

Three posters have spoken up to defend their salaries.  I see  another coach hand bag for the misses this Christmas.

I know several men who pastor without compensation. That doesn't make them any more or less pastors.

Not every pastor needs a salary.  For some, being the constant center of attention is enough.
