Li'l Kim is the dictator of a yappy little Communist rogue state, and he likes to shoot rockets at the ocean. It makes him feel like he's playing with the grownup countries.

Trump is being Trump and mocking him. There's no more significance than that.

"Rocket Man" is a song about a man who lives on Mars, flies rockets for a living, and misses his family. So no.

Trump is a straight up troll but you can tell that these terrorist organizations and dictators are getting agitated by his trolling. I'm pretty sure ISIS doesn't like being called "losers" and the North Koreans don't like their leader being nicknamed "Rocket Man". Would be funny if all it took was trolling to end terrorism and North Koreans.
