Taxpayer-funded Texas waterpark announces 'Muslim only' day featuring modest dress and Halal-slaughtered meat

I've got no problem with a private venue setting aside days for whatever groups they want; or even a public institution like an indoor pool having, say, a "women-only" swim with the side effect that Muslim women can participate without being seen uncovered.

If Loesch is right, and the park is city-owned, then yeah--how do they get away with both barring non-Muslims from the park and enforcing Muslim dress codes? Seems like a clear violation of the establishment clause.

IF it is an event put on by a Muslim group that has rented the facility for that time period it should not bother anyone. IF it is put on by the city and the Muslim rules are enforced by the city then it is way out of bounds.
