So. I just got a card with a lotto ticket inside. I was like, "Hey! Cool I might get a few bucks!"

I read over the instructions, scratched it off, and ... well it wasn't a winner.

Got me thinking.

My son got one from his in laws last year. He and his wife went back  to Knoxville with $500 extra dollars.  The UT College of Law's bookstore wound up with it all.
