I watched the Grammys last night. Well, half-watched, I wandered in and out.
I wasn't too thrilled with most of the acts, though some were good. I don't think most of the TV audience was aware of all the bad language, because mostly it was pretty hard to make out the lyrics.
But I don't think it was especially worse than in previous years.
So far as the linked article from the OP, that's an opinion column, so it isn't related one way or the other to FNC's news coverage. Obviously, since they published it, FNC feels the opinions expressed are within the acceptable range for what they're willing to publish in an opinion piece, but it doesn't imply any endorsement beyond that.
