i was actually going for the natural immunity/strong t-cell approach, for myself until i saw the misery many of the people who contracted covid were going through... (some of whom did not survive)... and then i saw people in the medical and ems community that i know through family, catch it ...who had appeared to be immune to every disease they had ever been exposed to in their entire careers.. ........and they almost died from it..... .......that;s when i decided to take the vaccine... ..(plus i also realized i didn;t have an ancestory that supported a strong t-cell immunity whether or not it exists in some people)....... i took one of the mRNA vacs several months ago... and have not had any probems because of it.. so far.... . ...but if i turn purple and grow horns any time soon i will let everybody know...

thanks alayman... ... my degree was in pre-medical biology... i was in a 4 year pre-med program trying to get ready for medical school... ... .but those plans got derailed.. i did complete the 4 years and came away with a degree.... not the one i wanted... (and it was supposed to have been a 3 year degree... but it took 4+ years to complete)... ... but that was also a long time ago.... i did try to keep up with certifications i had earned during the course of being in school for a while..... but i stopped going to classes for the cme partly due to cost for non-practitioners... and because i realized i was losing interest in working in the medical field anyway.. ....
but...... to answer your question...... viruses don;t replicate the same way bacteria do..... viruses replicate by targeting the specific cells of the human body... changing the dna in those cells.. and turning them into virus factories.... .....and every human body... or virus factory....is unique...with it;s own unique dna ...and therefor also has the ability to cause unique mutations in the viruses it recreates.. ..the longer any given virus resides within a human body, the greater number of cells will be affected... and the greater the chance will be for the viruses to mutate . .... if a person is infected with a particular virus for long enough, it is almost guaranteed that virus will have mutated in some way..... ...this is one of the reasons treatments that are ineffective... which cause a person to retain a viral infection longer, while doing nothing to adress it... .. ..or worse treatments that actually weaken the body so a virus takes it over completely.... can actually facilitate the viruses mutation... multiply that scenario by the number of people who might contract the virus in succession..... and allow it to be mutated through mistreatment in a similar way... and eventualy a recognizable new variant emerges..... .
that is the simple overview of it... ....but there is much more detail to it..... ....and i apologize in advance if this ends up being too long.... those of you who know me well know i have a tendency to turn posts into term papers.... ..(i don;t intend to.... it just happens....).. what i wrote thus far might have already answered most questions about what i was saying... ..but if not.... ........... ....well.......... .....here goes....... viruses on the other hand... being created by the body.... not only mutate within the body... but are also impossible to kill with medications or antiviral agents, that would not also kill the body itself... ..... so treatments of most viral infections have historically focused on relieving symptoms, adequate nutrition and resting - allowing the human body to fight the virus with it;s own natural defense mechanisms...
but there are many times when doctors might not be able to discover what the cause of an infection is.. or be unable to test for it... . . so just to be safe they will begin prescribing antibiotics for infections they are not certain of.. hoping the patient will recover quickly.... and if not, ..or if a test becomes available... then they will alter treatment accordingly.....
but sometimes... ...even in this enlightened age..... you will still come across doctors who will give antibiotics for infections they know are viral.... and not bacterial..... thinking "what the heck... what could it hurt?"..... .. .. well..... it can actually hurt a lot..... and it;s what i was thinking of when i said "misapplied treatments"
antibiotics are basically poisons.... (anti = against,.. or destroyer of / biotic = life... in other words - us).... so while the antibiotic is killing bacteria it is also killing us... just a little more slowly - and with hopes we will recover afterwards.... ....but when an antibiotic is given to someone with a viral infection it does not kill the virus... it does not even weaken it.... it only weakens the person the antibiotic was given to.... ..and that allows the virus to take a stronger hold on that persons body..... then to make matters worse, some doctors ... perhaps not knowing they are throwing antibiotics at a virus, ...will repeat the antibiotic treatment for a patient for whom the first round did nothing.... and who actually got worse instead of better.....and the damage to their body is multiplied... the viruses take over the body completely.... and it;s virus making / mutating capabilites go into over drive.... ..

I lean way closer to Candace Owens than Lou Rockwell, but truth is often found in nuances and shades of gray, and ultimately that tweet goes off the rails at both ends of its analogy. There is undue political influence in this and cause for concern regarding control freaks. But it's also true that we are returning to normalcy, albeit slowly. Diligence for reasonable people to watch both signs of the aisles is warranted.
If only Mr. Salk had waited until Polio went away and then introduced the vaccine we would have had the perfect vaccine that would have even met the strict standards of the anti vaxxers.
Plus the conspiracy theorists on here go way beyond stating that covid wasn't going away and the governments would use it for their own agendas. Articles posted here have lizard folk tie ins, nanobots in the vaccine tie ins, refusal to accept anything other than every report made in VAERs is a verified death by covid and lots of craziness I've blocked out of mind. And the "covid doesn't really exist" crowd.

I also tend to agree with Owens...the vaccine‘s and COVID are no doubt being used by some to advance the role of government (seeking more control over our lives). As tmjbog states above, that still places me waaay outside the loony parameters of twisted’s extreme views. And the latest ‘Nobel laureate‘ theory that vaccines should only be introduced when the disease is ‘over’ is too stupid to be called ludicrous.
