As the election approaches, what are your thoughts?

I'm thinking that watermelon should be in season year round.

It is interesting that currently on this poll over 1/3 of those responding will vote Clinton, other, or not at all.  If that be a microcosm of the IFB world I believe Hillary walks into office.

Trump does not care about the IFB vote. We are such a small minority no one cares. The evangelical vote is another story. PEW estimates there are around 95 million of them in the us and trump is expected to get  over 80% of the white evangelical vote.

Trump is going after the middle class blue color worker as well. He is doing very well with factory, oil, mine, chemical & other industrial workers, all classic democrat voters. His message of making America safe again is getting traction as well. Hillary's tax and gun control plans are also starting to hit home with voters. If all Trumps speeches had been like his last 3, he would be way ahead today. If he would stay on message he can win this.

You mean he shouldn't go this direction?

How do you think Trump will behave during the debates?
How should he behave during the debates to pick up votes?

Trump is now at 60.7% on our poll.

He should continue to be himself, and see if we want him.

The polls have Don & Hilary neck & neck in the polls. They also have Gary Johnson with nearly 10% of the likely voters. I have a couple of questions:

1. Other than Teddy Roosevelt & Ross Perot, has any modern 3rd party candidate gotten over 10% of the vote?
2. If Gary Johnson was not in the, race who would likely benefit most from his votes?
3. IF "none of the above" was an option, what percentage of America would pull that lever?
4. If Hilary dropped out would Joe Biden replace her and would he win in a landslide?

#4 - An article that came out today had poll numbers showing Sanders as being the choice.  Biden a distant second.

#1 - Don't know.
#2 - I believe Trump would.
#3 - They can do that by not voting and many will not.  I'm not sure what the percentage will be.
#4 - I believe Sanders would be the choice.

I thought for a while that Hillary had this in the bag,but I really think ole Trump has a good shot at this...

1. 1968 George Wallace 13.5% - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_1968
2. Yes, Trump
3. Surprisingly low. Less than 20.
4. Biden in a landslide.

Ya gotta be kidding.

Joe Biden?

In a landslide?

He's an incompetent boob.

He can't help himself.

That would be fun, rather than scary.
