The TWO THOUSAND YEAR Slander of God!

WHY do you believe in the Trinity- when Jesus CLEARLY identified his Father as the ONLY true God?
Not ONCE but SEVERAL times!

So you used to be a Trinitarian? Did you ever understand what you believed?

Not until JWs questioned me about it! I went into a Study Frenzy for several months!!!
I was DETERMINED to prove myself right!
After all, my Church had existed for 2,000 years- and they a century!

So, YOU are the Catholic!
The Dumbest Religion in the World! (Truth)

And I ought to know- I was one!
Wrong again, Mr. Wisenheimer. Lifelong Baptist here, but I do have a soft spot for Catholics since I attended Catholic school. Regardless, Catholics are much closer to my belief system of the Bible than Jehovah’s Witnesses. For starters, they don’t deny the existence of the Trinity!

Here I’ve caught you in yet another lie! Earlier I pointed out to you that your religious schism has only existed since the late 1800s, and you responded that they’ve existed since the 4th century!

Didn't Santa Claus slap the taste out of one's mouth at the Council of Nicaea? :)

A spirit (not an entity) of QUESTIONING!
You really never did answer the question, if your methodology had yielded tangible fruit. Tell us your success stories.

"Another famous story tells of a feisty interaction between Nicholas and the heretic Arius at the historic Council of Nicea in AD 325 – the very first ecumenical council. In this decisive council, Arius taught that Jesus was not co-equal to God the Father, but was created by him. Unable to restrain his dispute with Arius, Nicholas approached Arius and slapped – or punched – him in the face. The bishop's loss of cool shocked his contemporaries, though today many relish the fact that Santa Claus himself (in a sense) was a staunch defender of Christian orthodoxy."

That’s the rumor...

It's almost certainly a legend. Arius and Nicholas of Myra were at the Council, but there's no record of a physical confrontation until about the 15th century. My guess is it was an embellishment to a medieval hagiography of St. Nicholas.

It's fun to wish it was true, though. It's very satisfying to think Arius ate jolly old St. Nick's fist over homoiousios.

Why? But you asked.
After coming to the conclusion they were right (even after reading books, brochures and flyer against them), I can to the conclusion the Bible was just made up!
I stopped studying the Bible with them.

They encouraged me to study the background of the Bible at the Orlando Public Library.

That changed my life!

Didn't you read of Charles Taze Russell at the Council of Nicaea?
He slapped Santa in the face, too!

Don't you mean Ba-ba-ba-ba-ptist?
Goats....

No, I’m just reading your own words. Regardless, didn’t you wrap up Revelation already?
