I didn't call anyone a rapist. If Copperfield's on the list, he needs to be thoroughly investigated. You're insane to argue that since the victims aren't being raped anymore they're no longer victims and it's no longer worth the time and resources to pursue justice for them.

You'd rather pervert justice than to see your President and your favored nation implicated?

Copperfield was investigated, no charges brought.

You said the list was "not raping anymore." That means they were.

So... you have seen the documents? 6 million of them have been released. You know what is in the supposed missing ones?

Massey was supposed to give us more names and just repeates what was divulged 2 years ago.

FBI interview material involving a woman who told investigators she was abused/trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein when she was a minor. Reporting in 2026 said that roughly 30 pages of FBI material concerning her account remained unreleased, even after additional Epstein files were published. Some of the information in her FBI interviews was summarized in Form 302 reports, but the underlying interview notes/materials were reportedly not all made public.


Massie and Ro Khanna have also specifically been seeking other withheld documents, including:


  • FBI Form 302 victim/witness interviews from the Florida and New York investigations.
  • A 53-page draft indictment prepared during the 2007 Florida investigation.
  • An 82-page prosecution memorandum from that investigation.
  • Hundreds of thousands of pages of Epstein’s emails and other records.
30 pages are FBI agents’ interview notes from 2019 concerning a South Carolina woman who told the FBI that Jeffrey Epstein abused and trafficked her when she was a teenager. The Post and Courier reviewed the roughly 30 pages, but the underlying notes have not been publicly released in full.

Prince Andrew has faced his own justice.

Massie did not provide ANY names or information we dis not previously know... AND it took him 2 years to tell us nothing new. Good riddance to the conservative.
 
I can think of several reasons why select documents have not been released. First is that there isn't enough evidence to ensure conviction. Second is that without the evidence being presented to a jury its release opens up the door to defamation lawsuits. Third is that there is further risk to the victims as their information becomes public knowledge (it is doubtful that the victim went by their own name or that the rapist(s) are above seeking retribution). Fourth is that any release that doesn't result in trials and convictions will just add fuel to the fire of your already inflamed imagination.

My own hope is that someone who has involvement with the case is working on breaking through these issues and is still seeking justice. Like murder, statutory rape is not subject to any statute of limitations.

Fifth (or perhaps corollary to one of your four points), of what use is releasing these documents to the general public anyway? In addition to the possibility of defamation lawsuits, it might compromise an active investigation, if there is one in progress; or make it harder to find twelve jurors if and when a suspect is brought to trial, because the case has already been tried in the court of public opinion. Mere mention in the Epstein files is already tantamount to guilt, even though connection by itself does not imply wrongdoing.

I'd like to see any perps get the book thrown at them, regardless of who they are, but not if it means the guilty go free because the investigation was tainted or they couldn't receive a fair trial.
