Time to Quit Coffee?

I would also like to point out that the "coffee" depicted in the leading photo in the linked article isn't coffee; rather it's some foo-foo beverage with coffee flavoring, as well as other masking flavors. Not to mention that it is likely loaded with enough sugar to cause a diabetic coma in some.

Other than the mocha beverage that my brother-in-law makes, if I'm adding any kind of cream or sugar to coffee, that's my way of saying the coffee sucks.

At home, my go to is Peet's Major Dickason's Blend brewed in my Keurig maker. It's good coffee that costs less than 50 cents a cup and I don't have to wait in line for it.

Just looks like a cappuccino to me.

I’m a daily coffee drinker but in my opinion McDonald’s has the best coffee.
It's definitely up there. It's better than most coffee stands and much less expensive.

There is a chain of gas stations based out of Spokane and they serve Thomas Hammer, a Spokane roaster that puts out a decent product. IMO, it's on par with McDonald's coffee.

My expensive mistake was discovering the iced latte. I pretty much now require a hot cup of coffee in the morning and then an iced latte in the early afternoon. I’ll sometimes even go to bed with a hot decaf coffee.
