I miss mainly one thing from the years I spent living in residence at university: the chef in my building was Hungarian, and he had a stash of high-quality liquor from Europe. Every Christmas there was a banquet, and we were treated to some very, very good rum balls.Those remind me of the bourbon balls which my coworker used to bring to the workers Christmas party (on site, at a facility that was VERY heavy on rules and security against alcohol consumption of any kind).
