Trump continues to be on top. Why?

Because the masses are easily swayed by cheap demagoguery?

A leader or orator who espoused the cause of the common people.

When someone gets up and says stuff  like, if Ford builds a plant in Mexico I will tax them so hard to bring those vehicles back into our country it will not be worth it for them to take our jobs over there.

No one else I mean no one, is talking like this.

Comments like this is why he is leading the polls.

It'll be interesting to see what becomes of his attack on Carson. I must admit, I kinda agree that Carson is, at the very least, embellishing his story.

He isn't embellishing nothing.

I heard someone say, the story of ourselves always sounds better when we tell it verses someone else.

Actually, a better solution would be to lower taxes on Ford here.  In other words, don't make outsourcing untenable, make working in the USA better and maybe outsourcing somewhat harder.

The problem with making outsourcing untenable is that if you do it wrong, it can trigger a trade war, and it will be difficult to get anything for a decent price from other countries.  There has to be some sort of balance here - not an all or nothing solution.

You might was well be his vice president!!!

I'm Canadian, and not eligible.

You would know this if you weren't wrong, evil, and mentally challenged.

Actually, a better solution would be to lower taxes on Ford here.  In other words, don't make outsourcing worse, make working in the USA better.

The problem with making outsourcing worse is that if you do it wrong, it can trigger a trade war, and it will be difficult to get anything for a decent price from other countries.  There has to be some sort of balance here - not an all or nothing solution.

I completely agree.

But the point is, who else is talking like this?

Yeah, nobody, and that's why Trump has a lot of support.

Personally, I like Cruz more, and love his intention to abolish agencies like the IRS, HUD, etc.  I doubt he'd be able to do that, but I also doubt Trump would be able to do what he says.  If only, though...

I like Cruz as well, he talks along these lines too.

As much as I like what Carly says, we just don't need a woman as president. I think she actually wins every debate.

If it were a political liberal, you would be all over them like frosting with the "Hypocrisy!" and "Liars!" label. Glad to see you possess at least some grace for some politician. ;)

Liberals say nothing like Cruz.

Its not stopping Cruz....

I'm wrong from time to time. I'm not evil and I'd "mentally challenge" you any day of the week...

I was making the point that you're alot like Trump in how you go about bashing and attacking people.
