My 6 month old Kitten named Striper went under the bed where the Christmas ornaments are in a shoe box. Pops the lid and puts them in his food dish. Thankfully the dry food dish. Also something I mentioned elsewhere here. He has two older brother kitties. He rides them around like little horseys this is the ladies room but Men feel free to stop in.

This is Precious. She's 14. She is aloof like a cat but acts like a puppy around feeding time which means she'll inhale whatever you feed her but she'll puke it back up soon after. We need to feed her small amounts three times a day. Mrs. abcaines is usually the one who feeds her, thus, Precious pesters her till she does. Unfortunately Mrs. abcaines is a push-over when Precious starts meowing for food and has trained Mrs. abcaines to feed her whenever she walks into the kitchen. I've had to put my foot down and limit the feedings to a strict schedule.

😄😄😄 I'm the push over for all of them. If they go outside any time then they must be fed when they come in.

i don;t have any pets now... .but when i was very young and still with my mom in california i had little dog named bungee.. .. we called him that because he jumped straight up and down like he was on a bungee cord... ...it was really funny to see... ....... but what was not so funny.... at least not for me.... was that he would jump like that and try to snatch food out of my hands.... especially things like pocket pies and pbjs.... ..

i loved fruit pocket pies the best - but was not allowed to eat them in the house.... .i had to take them out in the backyard and eat them there..... and that was where bungee did most of his pie stealing.... even with a pie held high above my head he could sometimes jump up and grab it.... ( i was very short)... .

so i had to constantly turn one way and then the other between taking bites - holding my pie over my head in one hand .... and fending him off with the other... yelling at him to get away... while he jumped like he was bouncing on a trampoline trying to get it from me.... ...every now and then he was successful in grabbing the pie.. .. ... then he would run off and eat it... .and i would go back into the house and cry if it was a pie i had just started to eat. ..but didn;t care if i was almost done with it anyway..... ..i guess it must have been like a game to him - but to me it was an exercise in survival... ....

It's funny but not to you. My 6 month old kitty jumps straight up too when I bring his food bowl. Sometimes knocks it out of my hand. Same thing when I fill his water dish. I hate when he does the water dish. 😄
