He was a teacher at HAC in the seventies. I think he may have been raised at FBC. He was a fairly young guy, but I have no idea where he ended up in the eighties and beyond.

Just Rose now. The piece of wood wasn't big enough for both of them.

nothing maybe sword has some information. He knows everything lol

I just noticed the quote on your profile. Who was Strom? A fan? Did he really write that? Maybe you're Jack Rose (gasp).

"Incidentally, although I have no proof, I happen to firmly believe “Ransom” is a Trojan Horse and is more than likely more than one person, not Canadian but rather American, and is probably operating as a low level government informant. - Strom"

He lived a very quiet life with his wife in Highland in a home that he (i believe) inherited from his parents. It was well kept and quite lovely. Had a couple boys, I believe. I often saw him out mowing the yard or doing lawn work. His wife Anita attended a local non denom church (I saw her there on occasion and often saw her walking to or from church on Sunday as it was near their home.) I did not see him attend with her. This was before I moved out of state in 2018...but he lived right down the street from me for many, many years.

What did he do occupationally? Was he in ministry? Even there, it would seem a little unusual for a guy to go from faculty, even speaking in chapel, to completely out of ministerial work (unless there was something scandalous). I thought he was a little odd and didn't quite fit in that school, but he was on faculty probably 5-7 years.

Just some guy who used to post here. A bit paranoid, clearly. I like to stick some of the more outlandish things said about me in my sig, and although that one is a few years old, it hasn't been topped.

As I recall, he was doing IT work and not in any type of ministry.

Rabbit trail... For a believer, ANY job in the secular world can be their ministry. More out of God arranging things than any effort on my part, I frequently find myself ministering to my unbelieving co-workers. I know for a fact that several have heard the Gospel from me on no uncertain terms. Also, I look at my availability to pull my share (and more) of the workload as ministry. Working as unto the Lord is in itself ministry.

Back to our regularly scheduled programming....

Rabbit trail indeed, since y'all know exactly what my response meant....that he was not EMPLOYED in a ministry position

He was a very odd ball during his teen and adult years!
I did not know him as a teen, but I figured he was looked upon favorably by the establishment, giving him a faculty position which he held a half dozen years or so. It seemed afterwards, he faded into relative oblivion.
