So spending a vacation with your family is blowing money in an unproductive way.
What should I say tomorrow, since you're in the business of putting words in my mouth?

Anishinaabe

I guess you didn't think it through.
Guess again, 19 left.

So he takes his family on vacation to Disney and has a wonderful time. You think him going to gay-friendly Disney World is blowing money.

I'm sure the manufacturer of your car that you drive is IFB friendly and anti-gay, right?

I'm sure the insurance company that you use is IFB friendly and anti-gay, right?

I'm sure the mortgage company that you use is is IFB friendly and anti-gay, right?

I'm sure the gas stations that you fill up are IFB friendly and anti-gay, right?

I'm sure the grocery store that you use is IFB friendly and anti-gay, right?

I'm sure all the different clothing manufactures that you purchase from are IFB friendly and anti-gay, right?

Or we could sum it up that everywhere you spend money or everywhere you receive money is IFB friendly and anti-gay, right?

If not then it would seem a little hypocritical to talk about blowing money at gay-friendly Disney.

Of course I didn't get into parent companies and suppliers.

Blowing money is blowing money.

Who said anything about IFB?

Disney has taught Idolatry and witchcraft from every corner of the Earth to American (and others) children.
I wouldn't waste the kind of money it costs to take a family vacation there, when there are so many other choices.

Ransom was being sarcastic, ribbing Alayman, duh!

I don't care who's allowed to shop there, that company is wholly sacrificed unto idols.  They are dedicated to supplanting hope in God with trust in magic.

From the Scorcerer's Apprentice , to Lilo's offering unto the sacred fish, they have poisoned our children.

Say whatever you want, you can't deny Disney's bent.

Anishinaabe

My kids like Disney, Epcot, Univeral, Bush Gardens for the rides. Even as young kids they never worshiped Mickey or the other Characters. They were there for the thrill of the rides.

I think this is a pretty standard response. We didnt allow our cild to watch typical disney stuff, not because we feared her worshipping Mickey and Minnie, but because we didnt want her exposed to the continual theme of magic.

Never did deny Disney's bent, just pointed out that you are going to chide someone for spending money at Disney then your money shouldn't support a company or parent company that has a bent against Christians or is gay-friendly. Good luck with that.

Back in the day you probably believed that folks who played Dungeons & Dragons would grow up to be devil worshipers too. Whereas today its those who watch Harry Potter...

I pretty much agree with this line of reasoning.  I would never judge somebody else for maintaining their scruples regarding such matters.  Just like if somebody loathes the use and propagation of alcohol, and consequently refuses to patronize fine eateries and other establishments that sell it, I've got no problem with their application of ethics/morals/convictions.  It's when they start attempting to foist those habits on me that I believe they've "judged another man's servant".  Tertiary separation is often a complicated trick to pull off.

I don't care which amusement park you go to.

We go to places of natural beauty, maybe cuz we're Native, and maybe not.
We like to get away from people.

Have fun, it's your money, and your God meant for it to bring you pleasure.

The guys ,who I grew up with , who played D&D, still live in their Mother's basements now.

If you are trying to defend magic...
Lev 20:27
27 A man also or woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death:they shall stone them with stones:their blood shall be upon them.

Deu 18:10-12
10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the Lord:and because of these abominations the Lord thy God doth drive them out from before thee.

Act 15:19-20
19 Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to God:
20 But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.

D&D is a game of imagination. Nothing more nothing less.

The 6 guys that I knew that played D&D, 3 are pastors and 2 are missionaries.

None of them every lived in their parents basement.

For some, one of the worst things in the world is a creative mind.

Well, me my wife and the kiddos have gone every year for quite some time now.  I personally do not see any thing wrong with Disney.  We do go to church with some that believe Disney is the spawn of Satan.

We go every year for 2 weeks.  It is very relaxing.  As for the money, well, we do not go into debt for it, nor does it set us back any.  If a family goes into debt or it sets them back, I think that would be very foolish.

We don't have cable and hardly watch Disney movies through out the year, if any at all.
We have tried camping and have come to the conclusion that, it ain't for us.

I didn't see one bit of evidence while we were there that supported any sort of gay agenda.  As Mathew Ward said, there's no way to extract ourselves so far from the world so as to not have ANY associations with people who live lifestyles that we disagree with.  But on the other hand I don't watch shows like Modern Family that actively endorse and promote licentious living as normal.  Some people may see this as a double standard, but I see it as not allowing the world's entertainment (and blatant endorsement of the gay agenda) to become acceptable faire in my home.

I've lived in south Florida for over 30 years ....I've been to Disney over 20 times...I 've lost count on how many times I've been in Orlando....It's one of my favorite places..it's a great place to shop.

We have never seen a gay agenda pushed as well.  As of right now, the Holy Spirit has never spoken to me to say you shouldn't go.  If the Holy Spirit ever does I pray I will obey.

We often say to our children that, there may come a time when we will be unable to go to Disney.

Like I said, we don't have cable and we often have month free t.v or electronics.  (Except for me of course. :D) I would prefer my children to make the dollar in a much easier way then their dad.  Hence, month free t.v and or electronics.

For the Record, there are many Disney discounts for tickets and food can be taken inside the park to eat. Just sayin'

Yep, exactly right.  I like baseball.  My pro team is the Reds.  We enjoy going to their games occasionally.  A time or two the fellas sitting near us start getting drunk and obnoxious.  Generally the Reds stadium management tries to make the experience family friendly (for obvious monetary reasons, they want families to continue to come and line their pockets), but if there comes a time when the drunks are exceedingly intolerable, and not taken care of by security and staff, we no longer will patronize their business.
