We are trying to get some other posters to move to the new FFF.  Some of them have raised the question of who owns this forum.  They will not join until they know.  Soooooo any information?
 
That is the $100,000 question.....  I don't understand the secrecy behind it.... Is it JOA?

There were a few members of the "old" FFF that burnt some bridges with several posters.  Some that I have invited to join us will not do so unless they know that the owner is not one of that group.
 
Allow the new forum to be a builder of bridges. The admin can come out from behind the curtain, and the offended users can start a path to reconciliation.

Come, you old fundies!  Join the New Fundamentalism where conversation may be had and ideas challenged without name calling and cursing.

Seriously though, if the knowledge that the owner would know who you are and quite possibly use your posts against you prevents you from joining - don't join - ANYTHING.  You must realize that NOTHING on the internet is private........right?

Do you mean the several posters who resorted to cursing, swearing, and vulgar, pornographic language all while claiming they had a superior knowledge of the Bible?

Why would those guys want to come to a moderated forum where they would actually have to support their claims with a valid argument?

True, but in the old forum, a few posters would just cuss people out instead of engaging in a real discussion. I may have broad-brushed it a little bit.
 
Who owns this forum? Who cares. It could be sold or traded in the morning. Let's just enjoy it!!

I don't know who the owner is but I can say this ........he was very helpful to me and I appreciate that!!

In light of the recent performance issues, I think Bob Dole may be the owner.
