World Series 2026

There will be no three-peat for LA.
The Dodgers choked.

Game One: Dodgers had a 1-0 lead, ended up losing 2-1.

Game Two: Dodgers had a 4-3 lead, ended up losing 7-4.

Game Three: Dodgers had a 2-1 lead, ended up losing 6-2.

Game Four: Dodgers had a 4-0 lead, ended up losing 6-4.

It was the Dodgers series to lose and they did an outstanding job of losing it.

Go Guardians!

Many Baptists traditionally avoid alcohol, so cheering for the Brewers might seem a bit at odds with that belief. On the other hand, Tampa Bay has their own quirky issue—they were originally called the DEVIL Rays, which doesn't exactly align with Christian values either. Talk about being caught between a rock and a hard place!

At least a Devil Ray is a fish.

I noticed they've been using their retro uniforms throughout the playoffs, and they still have "Devil" on them. We should also exclude the Diamondbacks since Satan was represented as a serpent.

I suppose the only teams we might be allowed to support are the Angels and perhaps the Padres.

The manager's name is Kevin Cash, and we all know that money is the root of all evil, so we can't have that either.

I wish teams would never change their uniforms. Stick with the original. I don’t mind some minor alterations, but I’ve never been a fan of major overhauls. That’s just me though….

I happen to think that the Rays really nailed it with their current logo and uniforms that they’ve used since 2008. It’s definitely a step up from what they started with back in their inaugural season. I wouldn’t change anything there.

Meanwhile, the Brewers just couldn't resist bringing back that amazing ball in glove logo from the 80s. Honestly, that design is just too clever and iconic to pass up.

Maybe I’d make an exception for the old Astros 😮

Those uniforms showing up on the color TV consoles in living rooms decked out in burnt orange really meshed in the 70s.

I wonder how well those old cathode ray tubes could have handled these:
