I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m actually pulling for the Blue Jays in the WS. I like the idea of the small market/budget team defeating Goliath. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/blue-jays-underdog-graphics-9.6950016

I see a similar situation with the Jays this year. It might take seven games though. The 1990 Reds (a consummate small market team) was a serious underdog but flipped the script on the A's. I'll be rooting for the Jays along with you Huk!
Anything can happen, that's why they they play the game, and any other cliche that you can think of, LOL, but if I were a betting manI see a similar situation with the Jays this year. It might take seven games though.
With all the former Astros on the Toronto rostor, we can say confidently that the Astros are still the Dodger's daddy! The only other times the Jays have reached the Series, they won ('92 and '93).
That's not much to go on, but there is a precedent...

Game 1 is looking promising![]()
I’m sticking with my prediction: Jays win in game 7.
I will add that if Toronto does win, they will probably save a bunch of downtown LA businesses from being vandalized and looted during celebrations. I’ll at least thank them for that.
