It has been in the past but it definitely isn't when the enemy possesses a martyr's complex. Given recent comments from the world's only overweight North Korean, I don't think he grasps the concept or doesn't care.

I’m not 100% sure that North Korea is anything other than all hat and no cattle. The Doomsdayers from the Middle East, I can believe that mindset exists in them to a greater extent. All that being said, without wasting a lot of words, most people don’t wanna die. And of course, the point in reference to the scripture cited, was that our government is an agent and minister to do justice and to threaten evil doers. In some respect, nuclear weapons serve that purpose if handled appropriately.

But that doesn’t jive with the evidence of the thread. Ransom explicitly stated he believes in the active influence of demons, but challenged the specifics of Carlsons ridiculous claims. I also believe demons still can work in this world, but don’t believe the creation of nuclear fission is in and of itself demonically conceived or influenced. Carlson even admitted he lacks evidence. What’s being misunderstood about Carlsons position?

I’m not so sure he’s wrong about this. I think you all might just be misunderstanding what he’s saying. I think we can all agree that nuclear weapons were invented with an evil purpose in mind. I don’t think he’s saying demons invented these weapons by proxy by possessing scientists, but rather these scientists had evil intentions. Anything not of God is by default evil, hence demonic or satanic.

Isn’t this the supposedly the reason Trump has gone to war with Iran? To prevent them from using nuclear weapons on Israel and the United States?
