I was lucky enough to spot one once on the way to Catalina Island.![]()
we see them a lot beginning with this time of year on through april and may.... .. ... the pods that come here spend the summers in alaskan waters eating their fill and fattening up.... then migrate to hawaiian waters when the alaskan waters get colder..... ..while down here the pregnant females give birth and feed the baby whales until they are strong enough to make the swim back to alaska....That's so cool I hope one day to see one. The biggest fish I have seen in the wild is a dolphin.
Me too. I went to the Big Island last year. I’m looking forward to visiting Oahu soon. That's so cool I hope one day to see one.
