Oh I agree Doc...I am SBC, and I fear that they wanted their cake and eat it to...I called for them to step up to the plate and not try to do something halfway.  I want them to be accountable for their decisions. Not all "facts" are facts...that's for sure. But in today's climate facts don't...

As a SBC Pastor this whole thing bothers me.  If he was so wrong that he needed to be removed from being the President of the Seminary, then his appointment as an Emeritus and the large compensation package are not warranted.
