Nope. My brother was and a close friend is. It's also completely irrelevant to your claim.Bo said:ever been in law enforcement?? im READY for this onersc2a said:Bo said:now I aint gonna say he did a "heroic deed" but being in law enforcement period he is a hero....

they put themselves at the ready (for very little compensation) for any kind of dangerous situation....and are willing to get into it and will for someone they have never seen before.
sounds legit to me.......

liberal media and ignorant freeloaders are getting way to much control in this country....Biker said:
Chocking then throwing her across the room. Your now calling her names like beligerrant. A minor. Then you are unsure if he is a hero or a rogue cop? turn a blind eye to the abuse of a child all you want just quit trying to lie and play stupid. You see the video of a child being assaulted just as clear as we do. Everyone involved is outraged about this assault on this child. But not you. You call her a name instead. What a piece of work you are ladyJrChurch said:As to the question in the OP, I have no idea if he is a hero or a rogue cop. I am curious to know what would be an effective way to remove a belligerent student who refuses to move. Surely police are trained to legally handle such matters.

Bo said:that's right!!! that police officer should (after she had made HER OWN DECISION to become a problem) have asked her nicely and let her get up and leave only if she wanted to and how she wanted to!
shame on him for going over and demanding that she leave....and forcing her to start swinging her arms and pushing at him in an attempt to be further disruptive!!
its obvious that if she were to get up and leave as she was asked that this would have not only been grossly unfair to her...but she would have suffered terrible consequences!!
shame on this terrible officer by not putting out the message that disobedience would be tolerated........
shame on him for not putting first and foremost the rights and feelings of someone who CHOSE to become a problem and a delinquent....
^^^^^^^^^ ALL OF THIS SARCASIM OF COURSE!!!!
give me a break....she wonted to show her tail and look tough in front of her class and she got what she deserved......she could have made the choice for it not to happen....it was ALL and ONLY a direct result of her own choices and actions.
had she had the belt on her butt a few times growin up she would most likely not have acted like this in the first place
roll on Officer Fields.....roll on

You just contradicted yourself then defended both sides.
The close friend that is a cop. His estimate is that 75% of the force in his town are dirty. He's seen things so egregious he's anonymously reported then to the local news stations, anonymously because if he did out publicly, he'd be fired.
But do go on. You can next tell us how all soldiers or preachers are classy guys.
You err in assuming I watched the video. I do not watch videos posted here or on news sites which state that a person is being assaulted. Can't stomach it.Biker said:You see the video of a child being assaulted just as clear as we do.JrChurch said:As to the question in the OP, I have no idea if he is a hero or a rogue cop. There are a ton of psycho fundies in this thread. Commenting on the girl not obeying authority while a grown man paid to protect goes way beyond that doing the exact opposite... assaulting a child causing major injuries. These people come from these churches known for their abuse because they are abusers themselves. They attack like a pack of rabbid dogs. No wonder so many of these crimes go unreported.Smellin Coffee said:Bo said:that's right!!! that police officer should (after she had made HER OWN DECISION to become a problem) have asked her nicely and let her get up and leave only if she wanted to and how she wanted to!

How sick is this!
And not that it matters but yes, I was employed in law enforcement for a while. I have an idea of what these guys go through. She was non-violent and not a physical threat. He was not protecting the class from her violent behavior. Certainly she should have obeyed but disobedience is no reason to break a girl's arm.
