The NIV contains 185 omissions from that of the KJV. Why is this an issue? (See Deuteronomy 4:2 and Revelations 22:19). For example, one verse that’s particularly troubling is Luke 4:4:

KJV version: “And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.”

NIV version: Jesus answered, “It is written: “Man shall not live on bread alone.”

The NIV Bible version comes from the lineage of Wescott-Hort (1881). These were liberals who didn’t believe in the virgin birth. Did you know that?

It's the other way around. The KJV has 185 ADDITIONS compared to the NIV.

Not once have you heard anyone deny Trinity? Truth is - all because of vicious Trinitarians who badmouth those who reject the diabolical Trinity doctrine, people are afraid to admit they reject it. Trinity it's 100% bogus! Trinity is of the devils! it has driven me OUT!

I believe in classical grammatical usage of language, I’m not a heretic per Christian standard understandings of orthodoxy. Denying the Trinity on the other hand, textbook heresy definition.

I go to all of them. Some accept me as a non-trinitarian - some don't. Lately, I've been active in a Catholic and Congregational church. They know I reject Trinity like the plague.

Most Trinitarians KNOW the doctrine is flawed but refuse to admit it. Look at what they did to T.D. Jakes.

KJV

Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.

NIV

Hebrews 2:17 For this reason he had to be made like them,[k] FULLY HUMAN IN EVERY WAY, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people. 18 Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted.

What you guys need to realize is the hypostatic union destroys the atonement. If Jesus was God that makes him a fraud and the cross a hoax.

The bible says JESUS was tempted IN EVERY WAY AND THAT HE KNEW TEMPTATION. It also says, "God cannot be tempted and therefore cannot sin."

If Jesus was God that means he could not have sinned anyway. (Back to the only Trinitarian answer of TWO NATURES) That makes the Word of God totally contradictory - makes Jesus a fraud because he never would have to overcome sin since he - also being God - couldn't have been tempted to sin anyway - ultimately making him a fraud and the cross a complete hoax and the atonement for sin a complete hoax - think about it.
