So, basically this “senate candidate” is code speaking for continuous riots in the street if hundreds of thousands of dollars are denied. What a joke this country is turning into.
 
My favorite part is the “professor” who is demanding that the $800,000 in reparations be given TAX FREE!!!
 
Biden's America is more like the beginning of the Hitler regime in the 1930s. Just not as advanced. It's hard to think that Hitler was smarter than Biden...but...it is what it is!

Worse than an "Ebenezer award" would be an injunction from a judge if this guy's ban was to be enforced. But this is King County. I live in Asotin County. Where is that, you ask? You know where Seattle is... well, where I live is nowhere near Seattle. In fact, Asotin County is as far as you can get away from King County and still be in Washington. Sadly, the reality is that whatever King County wants, Washington gets.

It actually raises a very compelling constitutional question that has probably not been fleshed out in court before: Does an employee’s domicile have to conform to the standards of the worksite while on the clock and in a Zoom meeting?

My gut feeling is that the courts will ultimately find that an employee’s “background” must meet office standards if the employee is being compensated and participating in the Zoom on paid, company time. On the other hand, if an employee is voluntarily participating in a call off the clock, then s/he cannot be compelled to comply with the company Zoom background requirements.
