prophet said:A shame that Philip lied to the Ethiopian Eunuch, then.
And Luke repeated the lie...

Some prophecies have dual fulfillment in one way or another. Matthew 8:17 is an example from this passage in Isaiah:
That evening they brought to him many who were oppressed by demons, and he cast out the spirits with a word and healed all who were sick. This was to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah: ?He took our illnesses and bore our diseases.?
Just as this dual prophecy which was about both Israel AND the Messiah, portions of Isaiah 53 are certainly can have dual fulfillment. Jesus was like a lamb, killed in His innocence.
He was like a sheep led to be slaughtered; like a lamb silent before the shearer, he does not open his mouth. He was humiliated and denied justice. Who will tell about his descendants, since his life has been taken from the earth?'
I do believe this dual fulfillment. What it does not say, is that the sacrifice was for the sins of the whole world.
I am NOT Jewish. I did post a Jewish response to Jim Jones' post. Why? Because that is how John the Baptist would have understood Isaiah 53 in context of his background when he claimed, "Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world." John's context was not that about sacrifice.
